Are you or any of your friends smartphone addicts? One simple test can determine if you are.

This test is called the Eichoff’s Test, where its purpose is to diagnose for De Quervain’s syndrome.

De Quervain’s syndrome is a strain injury commonly caused by the frequent use of the thumbs to press buttons.

To see if you have it, make a fist with your hands, but keep your thumb wrapped inside the other four fingers.

Then, bend your wrist downwards as shown in the photo below.

If your tendon hurts, that means you’re addicted to your smart phone! Did it hurt for you?
